Parking
Where do I park? Parking is free. Most guests will want to pull into the lot on the west side of the theater — there’s also plenty of open parking throughout the plaza if that fills up.
Is handicap parking available? Yes. Handicap spaces are located on the west side of the building, right at the end of the sidewalk that leads to the front doors.
How early should I arrive? We recommend 20–30 minutes before showtime. That gives you time to park, walk in, find your seats, and actually relax before the curtain goes up — instead of that breathless “did we miss anything?” shuffle.

Tickets
How do I buy tickets? Online at events.mainstreetmusichall.com through our ticketing partner, TicketTailor. It’s secure, straightforward, and you’ll have your tickets in your inbox before you close the tab.
How will I get my tickets? They’ll be emailed to whatever address you used at checkout.
Do I need to print them? Nope. Most people just pull up the ticket on their phone and our attendant scans it at the door. If you’re a printer, we won’t judge you.
Can’t find your ticket email? Check spam first — ticketing emails have a habit of ending up there. If it’s still missing, our booth staff can sort you out on-site.
Can I buy tickets at the door? Sometimes, yes — but some shows sell out, and the best seats go first. Buying online ahead of time is the safer bet.
Can I get a refund? – All ticket sales are final — no refunds, no exceptions. Late arrivals, missed shows, or scheduling conflicts don’t qualify for refunds, exchanges, or credits.
If something comes up, just let us know ahead of time. We’re happy to swap your tickets to a different show or set you up with a credit for a future performance.
What if a show gets canceled or rescheduled? If it’s rescheduled, your tickets will typically carry over to the new date. If it’s fully canceled, refunds will be issued through TicketTailor.
Seating
Is seating reserved or general admission? Reserved — you pick your seats when you buy. Most shows are reserved unless the event listing says otherwise.
Should our group buy tickets together? Yes, please. Buying everyone in the same order is the easiest way to make sure you’re actually sitting next to each other.
Show Night
When should I arrive? Twenty to thirty minutes early is the sweet spot. It gives you time to get settled without just staring at a closed curtain.
What if I’m running late? It happens. Our staff will get you to your seat at the right moment so the disruption is minimal — for you and for the folks already in the show.
Accessibility
Are wheelchair-accessible seats available? Yes, and they can be purchased online when you book.
Should I call ahead if I need assistance? Please do. The more our staff knows before you arrive, the better we can take care of you. Give us a call at (573) 302-5177.
Venue Policies
Is alcohol served? Main Street Music Hall is an alcohol-free venue. No outside alcohol either.
Can I bring food or drinks from outside? We ask that you leave outside food and drinks in the car. Concessions are available on-site.
Phone policy? Silence it before the show and keep it put away during the performance. Bright screens, texting, and recording are more disruptive than people realize — to the performers and to the person sitting next to you who paid for the same experience.
Can I take photos or video? Flash photography is a no. Policies on recording can vary by show, so follow any event-specific guidance and listen to staff instructions when you arrive.
Still have questions? Call us at (573) 302-5177. We’re happy to help.
