These Ticket Purchase & Venue Terms apply to ticket purchases for performances and events presented at or through Main Street Music Hall, operated by Dragon Lake Productions.

By purchasing, holding, using, or attempting to use a ticket, or by attending an event, you agree to these terms.

1. Third-Party Ticketing

Tickets may be sold or processed through a third-party ticketing platform or embedded ticketing technology. Ticket purchases may therefore also be subject to the terms, conditions, fees, refund rules, and privacy practices of the applicable ticketing provider.

Dragon Lake Productions and Main Street Music Hall are not responsible for outages, processing errors, payment issues, or other operational issues caused by third-party ticketing systems.

2. Sales Final / Refund Policy

Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise for a specific event, all ticket sales are final, meaning no refunds are available.

If an event is canceled, purchasers may be entitled to a refund or other remedy as determined by the applicable ticketing provider, event organizer, or applicable law.

If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, Dragon Lake Productions and Main Street Music Hall reserve the right to determine whether previously issued tickets will be honored for the new date, whether account credit or exchange options will be offered, or whether another remedy will be provided, subject to applicable law and ticketing-provider rules.

Do not promise a refund publicly unless the organization is actually prepared to honor that in every case. Your lawyer may tighten this section further.

3. Event Changes

Event dates, show times, performers, programming, seating availability, pricing, and other event details may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, substitute performers, or otherwise modify an event at any time.

4. Admission and Seating

A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the ticket, subject to these Terms and all venue rules.

We reserve the right to refuse admission, require removal, revoke tickets without refund where permitted by law, or restrict entry for safety, security, or conduct reasons, including violation of venue rules or disruptive behavior.

Seating may be subject to availability, ticket class, venue configuration, operational changes, or event-specific policies.

5. Venue Rules

For the safety and comfort of guests, performers, staff, and volunteers, the following rules apply unless otherwise posted for a specific event:

  • No alcohol
  • No weapons
  • Compliance with all staff instructions and posted venue rules is required
  • Disorderly, threatening, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in denial of entry or removal without refund where permitted by law

You asked why “no weapons” matters in the legal form. It matters because if they ever eject somebody or post/enforce a policy, you want the written terms backing up the venue’s right to do that.

6. Photography, Video, and Recording by Guests

Casual personal phone photography may be tolerated unless otherwise prohibited for a specific event, but we reserve the right to restrict photography, video, audio recording, livestreaming, flash use, or other capture activity when required by performers, licensors, event producers, house policy, or operational needs.

Commercial photography, professional recording, and unauthorized rebroadcasting are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

7. Photography and Recording by Venue

By entering the venue or attending an event, you acknowledge that photographs, audio, and video recordings may be taken in public event areas. Subject to applicable law, you grant Dragon Lake Productions and Main Street Music Hall the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, recordings, promotional materials, social media, advertising, archival materials, and related content without compensation to you.

8. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at events and presence at the venue involve ordinary risks associated with public gatherings and live entertainment environments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees voluntarily assume such risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Lake Productions, Main Street Music Hall, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from ticket purchases, event changes, venue access, attendance, or related matters.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
